Safety before everything
We believe true luxury is inseparable from safety. Every vehicle is maintained in-house through AAT Tyres & Auto Garage and fitted with GPS tracking, an in-vehicle camera and the fleet's other built-in safety features, and every chauffeur returns for regular training courses — with fuel, cleanliness and condition confirmed on a documented check before a car is ever dispatched.
Punctuality, planned for
Chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive ahead of time, with a buffer built in for UAE traffic, and coordinators track live conditions so a delay is caught and communicated before it becomes a problem — not explained afterwards.
Discretion and privacy
Vehicles carry no exterior signage or markings, so a passenger's movements stay private. Whatever is said inside the car stays there — chauffeurs are trained to hold the strictest confidentiality, commenting only when invited to.

How We Work
A booking passes through the same sequence every time, whether it's a one-off transfer or a recurring corporate account — central dispatch stays with it from the first call to the vehicle's return.
Booking verified
Every booking is checked in detail — dates, passenger count, vehicle category and any special request — before it's confirmed. Anything unclear is clarified directly with the client, availability is confirmed against the fleet, and a written confirmation is sent back.
Vehicle and chauffeur matched
The vehicle is chosen by category, the client's stated requirements and its own condition; the chauffeur by familiarity with that client, language preference, grooming standard and rest taken since their last shift — never just whoever happens to be free.
Checked before dispatch
Before a vehicle leaves, the coordinator re-confirms the booking and passenger details, checks the chauffeur's uniform, and verifies the vehicle's documents, cleanliness and fuel level. The chauffeur is briefed on the trip, especially for corporate bookings with several stops.
Monitored start to finish
Dispatch follows the trip from departure to drop-off, advising the chauffeur on live traffic and alternate routes, and arranging a replacement vehicle at once if one is ever unable to continue.
Kept informed
Chauffeur and vehicle details are shared with the client ahead of the trip. Any delay or change is communicated proactively, with updates continuing until it's resolved — never a single message followed by silence.
Closed properly
After the trip, the vehicle is checked for lost property and cleanliness before its next booking. Any complaint is logged, acknowledged, investigated and answered — not just filed away.
